The focus in this project will be on unification of concepts of mechatronic systems, smart structures and computational intelligence, which have been being researched and developed previously by project partners. Especially, more complex approaches with more innovative characteristics are expected, which are improvements of the previous generation. Besides theoretically oriented research within project that will mainly be documented through a number of planned publications, in compliance with established practice between partners, application-oriented research will be very important component of the project. Direct application of innovative mechatronic systems and structures is essentially important project task. Novel solutions will be presented to wider scientific audience and partners of both sides (conferences and dissemination activities), but particularly in the fields of transport and logistics, as well as in robotics, since that are the important fields of research at the Serbian side.
